Uraeus is the Legendary pet of the Anubis Event, a 35% hatch from the Anubis Egg. It has no cooldown: during the event's sandstorm weather, each time a fruit gets the Hieroglyphic mutation there is a chance it is copied to another random fruit, up to three times per weather.

⚡ What The Risen Asp does
The wiki's ability text: During Dune Storm weather, Hieroglyphic mutations have a chance to spread to another fruit. Up to 3 times per weather. The ability data gives the chance: 4% at base weight, rising with the pet's weight to a cap of 8% at 100 kg. Each time the weather puts Hieroglyphic on one of your fruit, that roll is made, and a success puts Hieroglyphic on another random fruit in your garden as well. It can fire at most three times in one weather.
A naming note: the ability text says "Dune Storm", but the Anubis Event page and the Weather page call the event's hourly weather the Anubis Sandstorm, which is the only weather the wiki lists as applying Hieroglyphic. We take them to be the same weather. Hieroglyphic is a ×3 mutation, and Hieroglyphic fruit is what you sell for Anubis Coins, so the Uraeus is mainly a coin-earning pet.

The chance rises 0.04 points per kilogram, so it takes 100 kg to reach the 8% cap. There is nothing else to scale: the three-per-weather limit is fixed. The pet KG calculator shows how heavy your Uraeus will be at a given age.
🏜️ Getting the most out of it
The Anubis Sandstorm comes every 60 minutes and lasts 10 minutes, so the Uraeus gets a window once an hour. It only spreads Hieroglyphic that the weather applies, so more fruit in the garden during the sandstorm means more chances. The Hieroglyphic Staff gear, which grants extra Hieroglyphic fruit per sandstorm, works toward the same goal.
The egg comes from the Anubis Archaeology rewards (stages 5, 8, 12 and 19) and from the Anubis Coin Shop for 3,000 Anubis Coins after 6 excavations. A Sepulchral Uraeus is the 33% result of the Sepulchral Premium Anubis Egg, the 1% bonus egg inside the Robux-only Premium Anubis Egg.
