⚡ What Hiero Sting does
The wiki's ability text: Occasionally stings your lowest level pet granting XP! There is a small chance for the stung pet to get the Hiero Venom Pet Mutation! The ability data: every 23 minutes 20 seconds at base weight, the Scorpion stings the pet in your garden with the lowest level and grants it 40% XP. The wiki doesn't say what the 40% is a share of. Each sting also has a 4% chance of giving the stung pet the Hiero Venom pet mutation.
Because it always targets the lowest-level pet, it levels whatever you have just hatched, which is handy for an event egg whose best pet needs age to matter. It cannot sting itself unless it is the lowest level.

Per the wiki's Pet Mutations page, Hiero Venom is: BIG boost to passive but drains 5% XP/s from all other pets! It gives a 32% passive boost, has a ×100 pet sell multiplier, and the Hiero Scorpion is its only source (the 4% listed there is this sting chance at base weight). The drain is the catch: 5% XP per second taken from every other pet is severe, so a Hiero Venom pet is best kept out alone or with pets whose XP you don't mind losing. Compare the Giant Scorpion's Venom, which drains 2% per second.

The Hiero Scorpion is the last item in the Anubis Coin Shop: 13,500 Anubis Coins, 1,699 Robux or 1,699 Trade Tokens, a 2% chance to be in stock at each hourly restock, one in stock when it is, and you must have completed 15 excavations on the Anubis Archaeology platform first. The shop can also be restocked by hand for 1,000,000,000 Sheckles, and each manual restock triples that price. Anubis Coins come from selling Hieroglyphic fruit, so the Anubis Bramble and the Uraeus both help toward the 13,500.
