⚡ What Thing from the Dark Lake does
Every 30 minutes at base weight, 5 different fruit each have a 20% chance to get Swamp (×20). A fruit that already has Swamp instead gets a 5% chance at Infected (×75) as well.
If at least one fruit becomes Infected, a random crate or egg in your garden becomes ready to open straight away.
Infected otherwise needs the Jandel Zombie event, so this is a rare steady source.
📝 Getting Infected out of it
Infected is a two-step process. On average one of the 5 targets turns Swamp per trigger at base weight, and only a fruit that is already Swamp can roll for Infected. So the first triggers mostly build up Swamp fruit, and Infected starts to appear once your garden holds several of them. Leave Swamp fruit unharvested near it if you want the crate or egg bonus.
