⚡ What Sky Terror does
Every 36 minutes 40 seconds at base weight, the Mothman flies between 3 fruit in your garden. At each stop it copies 3 mutations from the fruit and transfers them to the next one. Each mutation has a 10% chance to also stay on the fruit it came from, and every time one stays, a pet in your garden gets 2,000 XP.
So most of the time mutations move rather than multiply: the next fruit gains them and the previous one usually loses them. Only the 10% that stay are true copies. The wiki doesn't say how it picks the fruit, so favorite anything whose mutations you don't want moved.
📈 Mothman stats by weight
| Pet weight | Cooldown | Fruit visited | Chance a mutation stays | XP per mutation that stays |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 kg | 33:00 | 3.3 | 11% | 2,080 XP |
| 25 kg | 27:30 | 3.75 | 12.5% | 2,200 XP |
| 50 kg | 18:20 | 4.5 | 15% | 2,400 XP |
| 100 kg | 18:20 | 6 | 20% | 2,800 XP |
The stay chance and fruit count both double by 100 kg (20%, 6 fruit), and the cooldown halves to 18 minutes 20 seconds at 50 kg. The XP per stay grows only 8 per kilogram.
